Stripe provides you with a convenient way to collect prepayments and deposits. You'll slash the likelihood of no-shows and cancellations and make it incredibly easy for patients to understand exactly what they are paying for.

Patients can be allowed to choose whether to pay a minimal fee or the full amount for services booked.
Patients can postpone their payment until a later time with the Pay Later button. Bookings left unpaid will be given the status "Pending prepayment".
You can define a time after which postponed prepayments can no longer be made and the associated booking will be cancelled automatically.
Quick set up
If you are already a Medesk user all you need is to click the Connect to Stripe button in Settings → Integrations → Stripe.
A window will pop up, in which you can authorise your Stripe account for use with Medesk or create a new account by filling out the registration form.
You will receive a notification informing you that setup was successful.
